The volatility calendar shows you how much each currency pair typically moves on different days and during different trading sessions. This helps you:
- Choose the best day — Tuesday and Wednesday typically have the highest volatility
- Pick the right session — London-New York overlap is usually the most volatile
- Set realistic targets — Don’t expect 100 pips on a pair that averages 65

Best Trading Days
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday — These mid-week days typically see the highest volatility and best trading opportunities. Monday is often slow (markets opening), and Friday sees position squaring before the weekend.
