R:R vs Win Rate — The Breakeven Formula
Breakeven Win Rate = Risk ÷ (Risk + Reward)
Example with 1:2 R:R: 1 ÷ (1+2) = 33.3% — you only need to win 1 out of 3 trades to break even.
